Order Process for School Portraits
1. Pre-Order – Receive the best pricing and free bulk shipping to the school. Pre-ordering is available until 48 hours after photo day. Pre-orders are delivered to the school within four weeks of photo day.
When pre-ordering closes, the online store will be unavailable for approximately seven days while portraits are processed and uploaded.
2. Post-Order – Allows parents to view the portrait before ordering. Post-orders incur a shipping fee and are shipped directly to the home. Post-orders are processed with makeup day orders.
Makeup Day is scheduled approximately five weeks after the first photo day.
